Is anyone else sitting back hoping that amongst all things, Sports Story is still a mid 2020 title I’m hoping for a shadow drop during an eventual proper. this little Aussie title seems to have been forgotten. Plus, kick back at the mall with daily attractions, stores, and minigames. There has been a lot of PS5, Xbox SX talk of late, and the Switch partner showcase didn’t do much to appease fans. Sports Story was one of several titles announced during today's broadcast. In a review for, Matthew Hayes gave the game a 4/5 rating calling it "The true Mario Golf successor." The Switch exclusive has been a consistently strong seller since its release, and has been called one of the consoles best games. The title was nominated for Best Debut Indie Game at The Game Awards 2017, and won Best Original Sports Game that same year at the National Academy of Video Game Trade Reviewers awards. It's a bit unsurprising to see a sequel to Golf Story given the game's strong reception. #SportsStory, a game about sports, but not always is coming exclusively to #NintendoSwitch in mid-2020! #IndieWorld
